Brethindar
The monastic orders of Brethindar are fierce rivals and, in some cases, deadly
enemies. On most days, the city's inhabitants can see at least one or two fights
between members of the orders, typically one-on-one matches. This has generated a
thriving gambling industry centered on the monastaries, and several rings have
been constructed near the city square. In addition to providing entertainment, the
rings keep random brawls from causing damage to city businesses and property.

East Haven
The monks of East Haven are divided into two groups, the Order of Heaven and the
House of Earth. These two rival organizations do not have fueds with one another,
but compliment each other and come together for annual competitions to test and
refine their fighting styles.
It is not uncommon for members of these two groups to be seen in eachothers'
company, often to share a drink, exchange notes on who is interested in dating
whose sister, and other such activities.
